Refund Policy

1. Lost Shipments

If your order is lost during transit and does not reach you, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement, based on your preference.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect, or
  • Damaged during delivery

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear images of the product.

Once the item is returned and passes our inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed as store credits.

4. Undelivered Orders

If a prepaid order is not accepted at delivery and is returned to us:

  • A processing fee (₹100) will be deducted
  • Remaining amount will be refunded as store credit
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Discounted & Offer Products

  • If an order used a discount or coupon, the benefit will not be included in refunds
  • For combo offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1), all items must be returned together
  • Partial returns for such offers are not accepted

6. Refund Method

All refunds are issued in the form of:

  • Store credits, or
  • Store vouchers

These can be used for future purchases and do not expire.

⚠️ We do not process refunds to bank accounts, cards, or original payment methods.

7. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards for kids' products:

  • We follow a strict no-return / no-exchange policy
  • Exceptions are made only in genuine cases (damage/wrong item)

All products shipped are:

  • Brand new
  • Unused
  • Sealed and quality-checked

8. Approved Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  1. Product must be shipped back to us
  2. It will undergo a quality inspection
  3. Refund/store credit will be issued after approval

9. Shipping Information

  • Delivery timeline: 2–7 working days across India
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, holidays, etc.)
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control

10. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: Free
  • Express shipping (if selected): charged at actual cost
