Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Returns & Replacements
We follow a strict quality check process to ensure you receive products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Proof such as images or videos may be required for verification
Returns are accepted only after approval from our support team.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (especially kids and baby items) are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or voucher
- Refunds are not processed to bank accounts or original payment methods
- Store credits can be used for future purchases and may have validity as per policy
Undelivered / Refused Orders
If a prepaid order is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery and is returned to us:
- A small processing fee may be deducted
- The remaining amount will be issued as store credit
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours
- We will arrange a replacement or provide store credit, based on availability and verification
